GALESBURG - Mrs. Minnie Rambo, 90, a resident of the Galesburg area for 76 years, died at 9:30 a.m. Sunday at the farm home of her son, Earle Rambo.

Mrs. Rambo was born August 24, 1868 at Orleans, Ind., and at the age of 14 came to the Galesburg area with her parents.  She was married to Herschel Rambo on October 30, 1890 at Galesburg.  He died April 19, 1952.

In addition to the son, she is survived by a granddaughter, three great-grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. Lela Dunham of Stark, Kansas.

Services will be at the Galesburg Methodist Church at 2 p.m. Tuesday, conducted by the Rev. Paul Holter.

Burial will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery under the direction of the Pierce Funeral Home of Erie, Kansas.
